Are you talking about the ratings that players have that the PCMs create? If so, that is so subjective and can't really be argued for or against.

If you are talking about stats then PCMs have little to do with that. That would, primarily, be controlled by the "league total modifiers".

Where are you seeing issues exactly? Maybe there is a setting that is off that we can help you find.
