Does team chemistry have something to do with how well the manager and coaches "handle rookies, players, veterans"? To me, a coach that can't handle certain bad influences will eventually hurt his team's chances to win. Too much clubhouse distraction.
The better the personnel handle these players, the less likely things will fall apart?
