IMO I think chemistry has it's affect and with two teams of equal talent the one with the better chemistry MIGHT win out but when it comes down to it, Talent trumps Chemistry. The Oakland A' and the Bronx Zoo teams were just downright so good. I also think Maddon has gotten more out of some of his Tampa teams than the talent might suggest.
So while I don't collect players only because of their high leadership ability I will use it to choose between two players that are close in talent. Same goes for the other personality factors in the game.
