Most of what was mentioned above would be great to see, as would:

- Contract offer expiriation
For example, during the free-agent period some players will take until the last moment to sign. While I appreciate this aspect of the game, it'd be kind of neat to have a "Valid for XX Days" field, where the offer would be withdrawn without offending the player

- No Trade Clause
Either completely exclusive or with something simple like a "Only to Hometown/Winning Team"

- Team option years
Could work kind of like a secondary contract (like the extension works). Could be hard to implement, but could be fun, too.

- E-mail timeout
Sometimes I just feel like ignoring e-mail messages, etc., and let my team manage itself for a month at a time. I'd like to let OOTP run in the background and do this, but I usually don't get more than a couple of days until the "Email for Team" screen appears. What if there was a 10-15 second timer on it, where if there was no interaction, it would assume 'No'? Just a thought.
