12. Players tell you when you offer extensions if they want a lot more or a little more. I hate that message "I want more money." That can mean anything from 50k to 5 mill. I'm just asking for a message to be different so that it's "I want a lot more money" or "Are you joking?" when they want a lot more and "That's not bad, but I think I can do better as a free agent" or something along those lines for a little more money.
