Ive been trying to run a fictional league populated only by players from a HS feeder league. Although Im creating more than enough players to fill up my league and minor leagues, Im only producing a small ammount of major league quality players.
When I start the game, the major league rosters look like a similar quality to ootp 13. Unfortunately, there are so few decent players emerging from the feeder league, that within 10-15 years the league is mostly full of players who should be struggling in the low minors. In the game that I'm currently running, Im noticing that well over half of the batsmen in my feeder league have a potential contact rating of under 15(out of 100.)
Ive ran at least 10 sample leagues now, and had the same results each time. It seems that colleges and HSs are pretty much unusable for me at the moment.
