You need to own the game (OOTP14) to be in this league.

Register on the forum and post the request on the signups thread. Be sure to read the rules, and look at the league file ......2013 opening day rosters will be used as is in the game (modern league) with some changes to the financials for smaller market teams. Player contracts have not been changed.
