In OOTP you can act as commissioner and "force" trades like this - is there any similar way to create the team, even if "unfair", that you want in IOOTP by forcing teams to accept trades?

Yes there is! You go onto the manager options screen, then you open the actions button, click something about manage different team or something like that and click the team that the player that you want to trade for is on then just do the trade from the wron team. Then just do it all over again and click on your team and you should have the player that you wanted
