For trades, I have it set to Hard. However, only the commish is able to make trades. The other human manager doesn't have this option.
Furthermore, if I give the other manager commissioner privileges it still won't export the trades once they're done.

Hmmm...I'm only guessing here, but you might have to make the trade and then probably need to export for both teams involved.
