I'm brand new to OOTP after years of playing what I can already say was the far inferior Baseball Mogul series.

One thing I did like about B Mogul, however, was that you could begin a season with "Shuffled Rosters"...ie all the players would be assigned randomly to different teams. So you could take over a team without knowing who was going to be on it, and then attempt to improve it from there.

Is there a way to do this in OOTP?
