I recently created a 2 person online league to play with my brother. We are able to import/export and update the league file thanks to the allsim tutorial on youtube (thanks for that). I've got a couple questions I couldn't find the answer to and would appreciate any help from the community.

Do you create a separate human manager just for the commissioner?

If not, do I as the commissioner have to export and then import my own changes like I do for the other human manager?

We'd both like to be able to trade with the AI teams, what's the best way to accomplish this?
