11/11/2015: LOU 3B Phil Gillespie signed a 1-year contract extension at $7 million, thus avoiding arbitration. Fan reaction was positive and fan interest increased from 84 to 87.
11/13/2015: LOU announced that Rafael Gutierrez has signed a 5-year contract to be the pitching coach at their AAA affiliate in Lexington.
11/15/2015: LOU claimed 24 y/o right-handed reliever Reginald Smith (2015: 2-4, 1.95 ERA, 15 SV at AAA) off waivers from NY.
11/19/2015: Sacramento traded 26 y/o C Tsutomo Kubo to Baltimore for 30 y/o SP Phil Hill. Kubo was originally drafted by Baltimore and has come full circle after brief stays in Louisville and Sacramento.
