Scouting
Long time reader, first time poster. I have been playing ootp for many years. My last version was 12, I took one year off and didn't get 13. My question is; How do I scout? In previous versions, player ratings (for my team and others) updated throughout the year. I hope i don't have to go through every player in the league (and minors) and scout each one at a time?!
