I see the guide stickied above that you can transfer purchases to new versions. That means I can buy the $20 everything pack and not have to ever purchase it again?

Also, are historical rookies imported every year? If I start in 1901, and have season 1902, will 1902's rookies come into the league? Or will the draft contain fictional players after the season?
