1) What trade settings are folks finding most realistic in 14? Do they still need to be on hard and favoring prospects?

2) I downloaded and installed the 2013 all-in-one, the started a new MLB game. Most players have a facegen picture, while a handful have actual pictures. Is there an easy way to get them all to be consistent, either all facegen or all actual pictures?
