taking it even further, I would love to see more of an impact from coaches like Buck in Baltimore last year. He took an avg roster and turned them into a 90 win club. plus have team chemistry play a bigger role in the "clubhouse" and player affects.

I'm a huge Orioles fan. But I'm kind if at a loss as to how you model both Buck's supposed influence last year and the fact he took a similar team the year before and guided them to 69 wins.
