The 2013 Astros will go down as one of the worst-hitting clubs in history this year, and I assure you they won't have any stretch of 15 games where the entire club hits only 4 HR.
The reason I play sims is to consider "what if"'s of different scenarios, not impossible ones.

Maybe not fifteen games, but a quick sampling at
baseball-reference.com shows that the Cardinals had an eleven game stretch between July 3rd and July 20th, 2012, in which they hit only four home runs. So I'm guessing that, whether or not they actually ever hit 4 in 15 games, it's certainly possible.
