I have a league based around the equator, for the most part, so it doesn't impact me...

But, if you play a normal North American league you may want to manually adjust all March temperature to like 70 degress in order to simulate Florida or Arizona.

Otherwise, your players maybe playing in 30 degree temperatures in Boston during March and getting injuries left and right.
