Maybe it was a balk but it was not clear cut, despite what the ESPN boys say. For them to toss Tracy like they did was horsebleep. All he asked for was the ruling. Tracy didn't even get a chance to bring the umps' mother into the conversation before he was given the heave-ho.
As for Daryle (Christ! who spells it like that?) Ward, at this point I'd rather have his dad, Gary, on the Dodgers roster.
