Ruth Takes a day off and the Boston bats go wild!

George Whiteman played in LF while Ruth took a day off and had 4 RBI but was injured running out a bases loaded triple! He’ll miss 3 weeks with a strained oblique.

With 2 backup Left Fielders on the DL it is doubtful that Ruth will pitch for at least another week

Up Next we play the only undefeated team left in Spring Season, The Chicago White Sox (8-0) sporting one of the best lineups ever with Chick Gandil, Buck Weaver, Eddie Collins and “Shoeless Joe” Jackson..The White Sox will have Lefty Williams on the Hill. Should be interesting!
