This is what I saved the file as on my computer:

When I search for that, 3 items come up but I can't connect to the sites... My Malwarebytes Anti-Malware blocks them for some reason... But it appears this might have been on an auction site at one time and it was most likely a reproduction jersey... That's about all I can dig up on it...
