There is indeed... under league setup, you will see a tab that will have the name of the league you are setting up "Major League Baseball" or something of the type. If you click that, it will bring up your list of minor leagues, in which case you would use the "Global" setup under League Setup and "delete the league". I'm not in the program right now, but yes, it can easily be done and I believe those are the correct buttons.
