When doing a trade, in the trade info screen:
"Tampa Bays current total payroll is $64,849,024 and as rumor has it a budget of $70,730,000."
Bays should be Bay's.
Also the sentence sounds weird in my opinion and I think "as" is part of the problem.
For what it's worth, I'd recommend: Tampa Bay's current total payroll is $64,849,024 and they are rumored to have a budget of $70,730,000.
