I have had 2 crashes, but when I went back into the game, the same action that caused the crash did not do it again:

1. Hitting ESC to stop the "Sim to Preseason Start" crashed the first time, but not the second time.
2. Clicking on a menu option during the "Sim to Preseason Start" crashed the first time, but not the second time.

I do realize that unrepeatable crashes aren't much help...
