Dasher Troy also joined the 400 home run club this year. Troy played in the 1800's and hit 4 home runs in real life.
Three players reached 600 career home runs this season with Akira Eto both reaching 600 and retiring from baseball with 604 homers. Greg Brock and Chuck Buheller also hit the 600th home run of their careers this season.
Three players hit their 300th home run this season as well. Kevin McReynolds now has 328 home runs at the age of 31, Nate Colbert has 309 home runs at the age of 33, and Nick Johnson has 302 home runs at the age of 34.
