Ok, so I start a new Major League game

I am starting unemployed and just clicking around to peak at the rosters I am not a manager yet. (I am also a new OOTP player)

I go to the mods downloads section of the game (ADD ONS CENTRAL), pick a face pack, download the historical and current face pack that is out there and then click install.

I install it

I go to the rosters of the teams and all the faces are still generated and not the real life picture faces on the roster.

How do I get the game to use real life pictures?

I am running Windows 7 and have checked the PHOTOS directory of my Install and there are a TON of real life player photos in there so I know they are in the directory
