I was at the Tigers @ Rangers game a few years ago when R.A. Dickey (yes that Dickey) gave up a gang of homeruns in the first inning. I don't remember what the total was in the inning, andd they were not all consecutive, but it broke a record that stood since the 1800's posted by the Cleveland Spiders.

It was funny though because as we were walking into the stadium that day I told my buddy "knucklers are a funny breed, they are either on or get shelled. Wonder if this guy is going to be on?" Yeah, he was in the minors the next day. Glad to see he bounced back though.
