Was wondering if Gern, Reds1, Txranger, DC Helper or No Pepper ( sorry if I left a uniform mastermind out) could make the 1999 Turn Ahead The Clock Uniforms? I was watching the 25 worst uniforms of all time on MLB Network the other day and I actually love these. Also if one could make uniforms for the teams that did not participate in this in 1999. White Sox, Cubs, etc.
