Again:

1.) Extract all of the DAT's file into a single folder, call it whatever you like, but end it with .LG
2.) Put that folder in your /Saved Games folder (notice the other folders with .LG extensions?)
3.) Simply load the game in OOTP, the game will create the entire file-folder structure and do all of the work
4.) If you're still having issues, make sure you have the latest patch
5.) This is free so it might not work for you
