Under the view > customize > "general" tab we can select "team" or "team (short)". So as it is now... if the player is in the minor leagues it will show his minor league team.

I'd like to see an option to view/select the parent (major league) team name.

That way ALL the minor league players for an organization will show the parent team. Instead of their respective minor league team -- which can be difficult to filter through if you have a lot of minor league teams. This would be especially helpful on the rule 5 draft screen when looking for unprotected players.
