I doubt the developers would touch this, but Ron Washington getting outed for being a cokehead leads to a big decision. Do we defend him? Or fire him for the slight chances of humiliation leading to lowering team morale.

You lose a few games in a week by blowing big leads. Maybe you aren't utilizing the bullpen the right way. Storylines about the local media ripping the manager for his in game decision making? Maybe they interview the manager about some of their gripes?

Two selections: A: of whether to stand by your decision to not go to your closer with a 5 run lead. Or B: Throw your middle relief guys under the buss because they've been underacheiving all year:

In result of that some players may react differently to the choice you make?
