Since we're discussing personal priorities, for me it's:
1. Modern--Leagues
2. Modern--International
3. Historical
4. Fictional
I'm not focused on being able to create a league. I would enjoy playing with, say, the 92-93 Pens. But I really want a current game with a wide variety of playing options.
