 Rarely have I been to or watched Red Sox games when I looked into the owners box and did not see Theo Epstein or Ben Cherington watching the product of their efforts play itself out on one of the most beautiful baseball fields in the country. 
As a GM playing OOTP, I would like nothing more than the same opportunity.
