The Northeastern Baseball League will be starting up using fictional players and the starting year will be 2003. The League will consist of 2 leagues with 2 divisions in each league and 4 teams in each division. Leagues and Divisions will be named after former greats. Franchises have been awarded to the following cities.

Philadelphia

As you can see i tried to geographically organize them. Now I'm new at this so I'm looking for input on ALL aspects of this league as I would like to see this develop and have you guys start to follow your favorite teams and players etc.
Most importantly I'm looking for input on financials on/off? coaches and scouts on/off? trades? im thinking very low for that atleast so everyone can get familiar with the teams and develop some consistency so maybe also turn financials off for a while but it's all up to you guys.
I'm also looking for nicknames for these teams, I thought it would be neat to let you guys have your input for nicknames and stuff so ANYTHING at all that you would like to see in this league just fire away please I'm looking for as much input and as many ideas as possible and I would like to get this thing going sometime this weekend.
