It really looks like the game needs to allow changing any player to pitcher any time during a game. Another example of the problem: A pinch hitter for a pitcher strikes out, is thrown out of the game. I insert the new pitcher in the empty lineup spot, and he's entered as a pinch runner. There seems to be no way I can change him to a pitcher.
