I have been debating and scheming the entire off season, through the winter meetings about how and what I would do to get Pedro Salinas into the lineup on a regular basis, At 24 he's ready now, and I don't want to waste years on work arounds, when it hits me. Move Morgan to 3rd, put Salinas at 1st!
Duh. Lorenzelli ends up the odd man out, but Salinas is a HOF potential bat, Lorenzelli not so much.
Yes, it does weaken my defense considerably on the right side, actually drastically, but I can swap Lorenzelli in late, and move Morgan to 1st when need be.
Problem solved, for now.
