Texans, Bombers, unveil new logos and newest members...
The IBL's two newest franchises unveiled their logos, team colors and announced their picks in the MLB signing period.
The league, in conjunction with the IBL PA amended the earlier agreement and limited the number of players to 3 former MLB players, and 1 minor league prospect. Many feeling that the former expansion clubs (Alaska, Green Bay) benefitted farm more from being able to add 6 players, than they should have.
