Jennings used his jab and defense to take the first two rounds. Seth started landing his power shots at that point and he dropped Jennings in the eighth with a huge right hand before tiring as they trudged to the finish line. Bryant was the first to take the champion the distance, but he dropped the UD. 118-110, 117-110 & 115-112

Derek Chisora 19-0 (12) vs Andy Ruiz, Jr. 21-5 (13)
(2nd Defense)

Ruiz came out fast, hurting the champion in the opening round with a powerful hook and he rocked him with hard combos over the first three rounds. Chisora scored with some nice body shots in the fourth before Andy took command in the fifth with stiff jabs and right hands to continue building his lead. In round six Del Boy scored with a chopping right to the temple that stunned Ruiz and moments later a vicious uppercut put Andy down and out.
