its simple, After a box comes up that says it wont register, hit cancel, Then another box comes up, select you want to manually register at another computer. Then in your smart phone or another non windows 8 computer, put the address in that it requests. After that put in the code the game supplies you. it then sends you a rather long activation key. right under the key you can request they email you the key. i suggest that because then you can just copy and paste that code to get your ootp 13 up and running. I just did it so i know it works
