Need guidance on how to deploy utilities locally, meaning that I want to use these tools to manage local game files, not online.
I have deployed simple web server and perl support which seems to work but smth evades me.
Lets consider an example where I can deploy utilities to any league in my Saved Games folder -
Root folder : Saved Games
Game Folder : PlayBall.lg
csv files : Playball.lg\import_export
html : Playball.lg\news\html
How would one configure the setup.txt for instance to make it work? Where should the content be copied?
I have tried a simple setup with Mongoose lightweight web server and having Perl also integrated. At least initial setup works but it always crashes at login and can't get it doing anything else.

Do you have recommended setup for this type of usage?
It would enable me to use these utilities for local games and also to add additional functionality, which could be shared with community later on. I want to have some metrics in the view for my own purposes and I do like the idea.
