[PSUColonel]

I downloaded GIMP for mac (a free program) which is much like paintshop. I am attempting to make simple "clean" logos without any background color, or shine etc... I am simply looking to do what DCHelper's logos are for my first attempt. I am a total novice at this, and therefore am wondering if anybody here can help me along in this process. I will be very upfront in telling you I have no clue what I'm doing. I'm not sure why I am trying this, other than the fact that I consider it a challenge, and what to see if I can come up with anything decent. Any and all help is much appreciated!!
