EFF? Not sure what efficiency is or how it relates. Obviously higher is better as + ZR guys are the only ones with 1.+ EFF.
More specifically, Orcin I'm looking at you!, tell me what MY defensive numbers tell me? If you care to.

First of all, and most notably, you have an outstanding middle infield combo. Their total chances and range factors are high, indicating that they get to a lot of balls. Their high zone rating indicates that they cover their territory effectively, and that can also be seen in their low error rate and large number of double plays. The efficiency is the one-stop basic look... if it is over 1, you have an above average fielder. They have efficency ratings well over 1. Ok, they don't hit much. But they are helping your pitching staff. A staff with high groundball rates will really help capitalize on this advantage.
I don't remember if you said but, of the two first basemen, Morgan is playing third base, right? His assists are too high and putouts too low to be playing first. Assuming that is correct, he is pretty good there. He is helping that middle infield by covering the hole with his range so the shortstop can cheat to the bag. Weaver is fine at first base. Overall, this is a great infield defensively.
The outfield defense is not bad, probably above average. Gutierrez has really good numbers. Sergio Lopez has 20 assists? Do other teams scout you? His range factor is off the charts too.
The catching is ok, not as good as I would have expected. Errors (10) and passed balls (7) are pretty high for this point in the season. I don't care a lot about that, or the sorta low caught srealing rate (24%). IF Hudson has a catcher ability rating of 7 or higher, he probably earns his spot with his offense. If not, it might be worth keeping a late-inning defensive replacement on the roster.
It should be an above average defense in total. The challenge for you will be to improve the offense while keeping the quality of defense at this level.
