Couple questions before I get past the point of no return.
1) I can't seem to find the button to turn on international scouting?
2) I want to keep the stats from progressing year to year, and hold them with the base modifiers from one season. I think I chose 2000 or 2002, but don't want them to update, how do I insure that?
