If you had all the required files you could re-import them (AKA start from scratch). The managers name comes from OOTP so you would have to edit that name in OOTP before outputting the OOTP html files.
If you don't have all the required files to re-import and start over then if you had the OFFICE 2000 version of MS Access (or maybe other versions of MS Access too, I forget the final word on that) then you could edit the manager names in the Access MDB files and that should work too.
