On the welcome screen (option screen after opening the game) at the bottom,
middle of the screen there is an add on central. There you will find a good selection of mods that will install into your game.
Add on central is also accessable from in the game by clicking on the "GAME" tab.
For ballparks, I believe you have to go each teams home page and import them in the game manually. Select "OPTIONS AND BALLPARK" tab. The click on "EDIT BALLPARK" at the bottom of the screen. Then click on "PICTURES AND COORDINATES"
In the Mod section of the forum you should be able to find ballpark pictures to download to your cpu. I save my ballpark pictures in the folder within Outoftheparkdevelopments>OOTP Baseball 13>ballparks
Then you have to select day and night picture for each stadium by clicking on the tab with the 3 dots "...". Located to the right of daytime or night picture.
Then navigate to the ballparks folder.
