No problem - the way to get both seasons in the same set of reports is like this:

Start with your 2003 data. Import this into a new .MDB file, which it sounds like you've already done.

Next, keep that file open in OOTP History, point the program to your 2004 data paths, then choose the import function again. This will append the data from 2004 onto your 2003 file.

Now, if you use OOTP History to generate reports, it will run 'em for both years and create a single 'site' that you can browse to see a comprehensive league history.
