The game shows up on the league daily schedule for that day (click on the baseball icon associated with the league, if you are unclear about that). When you see the game on that page, click on "manage game". Then click to start the game. You can even choose to manage one of the teams, if you wish.

Edit: Oops ... the above is what you get when you are in Commissioner mode. If not, you will just get a Watch Game option, as noted.
