Bought! Thanks Markus. I've been curious about the handheld version but hadn't given it a try. Ninety nine cents is a no-brainer.

But the loading screen says v13 is out. Is that correct?

EDIT: Nevermind. I see the screen refers to OOTP13, not iOOTP13. (Though someone unfamiliar with the difference might very well grab the 99c app and then think they just bought an outdated version).
