Take the KHL/NHL difference, for example: In gross numbers the cap difference is 37 mil vs. 70 mil, but in net numbers, with a 13% flat tax rate for Russia and, let's say, about 40% for the US/Canada, the real numbers are 32 mil for the KHL and 42 mil for the NHL. Now that's quite a difference...

In Russia also there is the option if the player is good enough to play tax free - would be a cool feature for the game but if it doesnt make it in they its no big deal!
