Hey guys,

This is the first time I'm posting a dynasty, so it might be a little odd. But, I will be taking over the Pittsburgh Pirates, who have the lowest payroll to start the 2012 season. Here are my settings:

Trading Difficulty: Hard
AI Trading Frequency: Low
Scouting Accuracy: Normal
Ratings Actual/Potential: Values 20-80
AI Player Evaluation: 40/30/25/5

I will be getting rid of the Designated Hitter in both leagues. I will be using a balanced schedule format to get rid of a usually easy road to the playoffs for the Rangers.

So, I am ready to get started on re-building the Pirates!
